Refund Policy

The Home Design Academy is an online program operated by Rafi Inez Design LLC. Because you get immediate access to the lessons, resources and community as soon as you enroll, all enrollments are final and we do not offer refunds or cancellations, whether you pay in full or on a payment plan.

Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete every scheduled payment in your enrollment agreement, even if you stop using the program. If a payment is missed, we may pause your access until your account is current.

Program access

The program is paced over 16 weeks, and every student has 20 weeks of access from their group start date, which leaves room if life gets busy. If you need more time than that, extended access is available for an additional fee.

Before you enroll

We want you to be sure before you join, which is why every enrollment starts with an application call where we talk through your goals, the time commitment and whether the program is the right fit. If you have questions, ask them on that call or email support@homedesignacademy.com before you pay.
